Terms of
Service

Governance and intellectual boundaries for the NodeSJ Performance Lab research environment. Effective as of May 21, 2026.

01. Usage Boundaries

By accessing nodesj.sbs, you engage with our technical laboratory environment. These terms govern all interactions with our asynchronous JavaScript benchmarks and package management tutorials.

Users are permitted to utilize the research provided for educational and architectural planning purposes. However, the systematic extraction of data via automated scripts, scrapers, or bots without explicit written consent from NodeSJ Performance Lab is strictly prohibited.

  • A: You must not use the provided technical guides to facilitate any illegal or unauthorized development activities.
  • B: All research data is provided as-is, focusing on high-fidelity performance metrics in specific, documented hardware contexts.

02. Research Attribution

All original content, including performance benchmark methodology, lab notes, and dependency hardening guides, constitutes the intellectual property of NodeSJ Performance Lab.

Fair Use Policy

"Researchers and developers may cite specific benchmark results in technical whitepapers or architectural reviews, provided that such citations include a direct canonical link to the source document on nodesj.sbs and clear attribution to NodeSJ Performance Lab."

The "Cold-Start Protocol" and associated stress execution methodologies are proprietary research frameworks. Reproduction of these methodologies for commercial redistribution is strictly regulated.

03. Liability & Risk

NodeSJ Performance Lab provides environment-relative data. Accuracy is maintained through strict hardware node baselines; however, we do not claim clinical universality for all user environments.

Under no circumstances shall the Lab or its contributors be held responsible for implementation failures, production downtime, or security regressions resulting from the misapplication of our tutorials or benchmark findings. Technical feedback provided via our professional channels is research-based and does not constitute security compliance advice.
